How to Use
White Truffle Butter is a condiment that can enrich any dish, mix with a blend of Italian cheeses to transform dishes such as Mac & Cheese, Risottos, Pasta dishes, Soft scrambled egg, top your hot seared Steak,Wild Game, Chicken or fish with a dollop.. Stir through mashed potatoes, drizzle over Truffle fries. Pairs well with Shellfish such as Prawns, Scallops. Lobster. Substitute white truffle butter in a beurre blanc sauce and serve with shellfish.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Shelf life 3 years, once opened store in the fridge and consume within a week, it can be frozen into small portions for a longer shelf life.
