How to Use
Sprinkle a little over your dish just before serving, and the aroma will do the rest. It works on almost everything, but here are some favourite ways to use it:
Pasta, risotto, gnocchi e pizza. Mac and cheese, egg dishes, and soups. Truffle fries, sushi, dumplings, and noodle dishes. Even popcorn- it is genuinely one of the best ways to enjoy it.
For something a little more indulgent, mix the powder with unsalted butter and a touch of truffle oil to make your own truffle butter. Melt it over a grilled steak or fish fillet, stir it through a bowl of linguine, or fold it into mashed potatoes. It takes minutes, and the result is outstanding.
