Founder Deborah spent her early years in Singapore, surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of Malay, Chinese, and Indian cultures. These experiences nurtured a deep appreciation for flavour, hospitality, and the power of food to bring people together.
Later, living in Doha introduced Deborah to the traditions of Middle Eastern cuisine. From aromatic Karak tea to delicate syrup-soaked pastries, every experience added another layer to her culinary knowledge.
Falling in Love with Truffles
A visit to Italy proved life-changing. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, local traditions, and the excitement of truffle hunting, Deborah discovered a passion that would shape the future of her business.
