Truffle Fries

Delicious Gourmet Fries, serve with Truffle Aioli, Steak, Cheeseburger, Steamed Mussells (Moules-Frites)

Ingredients

900gr potatoes, Maris Piper/King Edward/Rooster
3 Tblsps Olive Oil
A sprinkle of Trufflemaster Black Truffle Powder
1 Tblsp Trufflemaster White Truffle Oil-Double Concentrate
Sea Salt
Parmesan Cheese, Finely Grated
Chopped Parsley or herb of your choice

Method

1. At Trufflemaster we bake our Truffle Fries, as an alternative you could air fry them, or deep fry in hot oil for 3 mins 300°F (148°C)
2. Pre-heat your oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7. Spread the olive oil on the baking tray and pre-heat for 7 minutes.
3. Cut the Potatoes into slices, then into individual strips, uniform size. Lay onto the baking sheet and make sure they are evenly coated with the olive oil.
4. Bake for 16-18 minutes and turn half way through, so they are cooked evenly and golden. Keep checking as ovens do vary, Drain on paper.
Drizzle with White Truffle Oil, a sprinkle of Truffle Powder, Parmesan Cheese and Parsley
