Truffle Aioli

Serves: 4

Time: 15 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

The perfect dip for Fries, accompaniment to Steak,  Seafood -prawns, lobster, scallops, slather on Burgers, Asparagus

Ingredients

1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Water
1 tsp Trufflemaster White Truffle Oil
5 tblsp Sunflower Oil
5 tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1tsp Dijon Mustard
Pinch course Sea Salt

Method

1. Put the Egg Yolk, Vinegar, Water & Salt in a bowl and whisk to combine.
2. Continue whisking whilst slowly drizzling in combination of oils to make an emulsion.
Whisk in more Oil or 1 tsp Water to thin it. Add 1 tsp of Truffle Oil and refrigerate where it will thicken further.
