1. Heat Butter on a gentle heat, when melted add cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
2. Heat the water and when simmering add the ravioli or pasta and cook according to instructions, drain, keeping back some of the water, add a splash to the sauce to loosen it.
3. Add the pasta to the cream sauce and spoon over Black Truffle Sauce, sprinkle over Parmesan Cheese . Ground Black Pepper and serve.
