1. Remove the cheese from the fridge a few -hours before baking.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°c/gas4-5/350°f.
3. Remove all packaging from the cheese, leave it in wooden box @ wrap box in foil.
4. Place in oven and bake for 15mins.
5. Remove crusty part of the cheese, which acts as a lid, and discard, although keep if you prefer as it is edible and delicious. Serve immediately ,either shave over fresh truffle, or spoon over black truffle sauce.
6. And dip warm sourdough bread into it.
